AT & Associates, founded in 2026 by Ankit Tripathi, the firm benefits from Mr. Tripathi’s extensive expertise, developed over more than a decade of practice in civil and commercial litigation. His experience spans a broad spectrum of legal domains, including commercial contracts, real estate, financing and banking sectors, as well as the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. Beyond litigation, Mr. Tripathi is also adept in the enforcement of judgments and decrees, both in domestic and international jurisdictions.
Mr. Tripathi has cultivated a profound interest in domestic and international arbitration and conciliation, overseeing matters from initiation to finality, including the enforcement of arbitral awards across jurisdictions. His practice demonstrates a commitment to ensuring that awards, whether domestic or international, are effectively executed.
In the realm of personal law, Mr. Tripathi has devoted significant time to advising on family arrangements and trust matters, whether within the courtroom or through facilitating structured, amicable resolutions. Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 2013, Mr. Tripathi has built a distinguished practice, regularly appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay on its Original, Appellate, and Criminal Sides. His expertise extends beyond the High Court, with significant experience in Trial Courts, Tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
A member of the prestigious Bombay Bar Association, Mr. Tripathi honed his skills under Senior Advocates’ mentorship. As a second-generation lawyer, he was exposed to the legal profession early, instilling in him a deep respect for the law and a commitment to excellence in practice.
